The Sparkle Entrepreneur Network brings together 200+ female entrepreneurs at every stage of business — from brand-new dreamers to women who’ve been building for years.

We lead with connection, believing that when women feel supported and safe, growth happens naturally. Here, we celebrate each other’s wins, hold space through challenges, and rise together.
The Sparkle Entrepreneur Network wasn’t built to help women “network better.” It was built to help them breathe easier.
After seven years in the mental health field, Ashley Dawn knew one thing for sure: women are tired of performing, proving, and pretending, especially in spaces meant to support them.
So she created a community where female entrepreneurs could drop the script, show up authentically, and grow together without pressure or comparison.
What started as a dream quickly became a movement.
In less than a year, the Sparkle Entrepreneur Network grew to 200+ female entrepreneurs and hosted 15 events in 2025, all rooted in connection, safety, and real conversations.
Ashley’s mission?
To help 10,000 women reclaim their confidence and sparkle unapologetically — simply by being themselves.
